Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely pack the electronics in their original anti-static packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and the printed RMA form to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value components.

  Inspection and Refund
